The Bible teaches us to, “sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: (1 Peter 3:15).” A person might then ask, what does this mean? It, means that we who believe in Christ and trust in Him should be able to explain what we believe to others, in a kind and loving way. If and when we share the Gospel or ‘good news’ with others we are helping build up the Kingdom of God. Jesus came to give everyone in the world a chance to repent and believe in Him. It is through Christ only, “Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
