Romans 6:8 says, “God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” That teaches us that we should have a new birth in Christ. Being dead to sin is when God makes us re-born as a new person in Christ Jesus. God loves us and wants us to have a good life and desires for everyone to be saved. We are saved because of what Christ did for us, not because of our works. Romans 3:20 says, “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” Praise God for salvation through His amazing grace. Amen
