God Unites Us

…in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their sins against them…2 Cor 5:19

In tough times it’s helpful to learn from the Bible. The Word of God tells us that Jesus is uniting us to Him and forgiving all our sins. That is the Good News of God that we are united to Him through faith and by placing our trust in Him we receive His grace. I’m thankful that God doesn’t punish us for each and every sin. It’s great to know that when we do sin we can run back to God and He is always willing to guide us, forgive us and have mercy on us. Although we are not perfect, a perfect God came and died for our sins. I am thankful for the death and resurrection of Christ. Amen

By Faith

It is essential that we walk as Abraham did which is by faith for, ” Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.”. It is important that we walk with God in faith and know that there is nothing we have done or will do that will merit salvation. Salvation is a free gift given by the sovereign God to all those who trust and put their faith in Jesus. Salvation is given to us because of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross and it is only through Him that we can be saved. May we all walk with Him and trust in Him daily. Amen.

Body of Christ

We should have equal concern for each other. Christans are part of the body of Christ and individual members of it. This truth is because two are better than one we are called to be connected in community with one another. Christ calls us to seek and look out for those new and lonely intently inviting them into the community. Each part of the body of Christ is important, community. I hope we will all look to God for strength and grow as believers. Amen

God With Us

We should not go alone, some people look to be a hero and defeat the struggles on their own. Jesus means, “God with Us”. So we need to desire more of God and know He is with us. We need to have the courage and desire to seek community. Brene Brown “Scarcity thrives in a culture where everyone is hyper aware of lack. Everything from safety and life to money and resources..” Let us all seek to be with fellow believers and walk daily with Jesus. Amen

God Never Changes

We see the wrath of God often shown in the Old Testament. Now we must ask ourselves, is the God of the New Testament and Old Testament the same? The answer is yes, God’s wrath is still “being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness” (Romans 1:18).” At the very heart of this doctrine is that, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Hebrews 13:8”. Since God is the same every day and even for eternity we can rest assured that God does not change. God’s love is shown both in the Old Testament and New Testament not just His wrath. “And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. Exodus 20:6″”. Even though God remains the same and shows the same grace, repentance is important in our faith. We learn that, “And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent: Acts 17:30”. So God often winked at sin but now desires for us to have a relationship with Him. However, we do know that God’s grace is 100% a result of faith. Amen

Dead to Sin

Everyday we live we should live in Christ and be dead to sin but alive to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. You know Him that loves us is not willing that any one not be saved, but He wants us all to be saved through the blood of Jesus Christ who has died for our sins but was risen by God that through His blood we might all be saved. Amen

Grace & Peace

I hope that grace and peace will be to everyone who is in Christ.  I also hope that your faith will not be destroyed through foolishness.  I hope that you will listen to God’s instructions and obey them.  Because only fools despise wisdom and instruction.  I also hope that we all fear God for the fear of God is the beginning of knowledge.  I hope that through God’s Word many nations might be saved.  I am thankful for everything in which God created, but I despise what evil people have done to them. God is love, grace and peace. Amen

Truth Endures

The righteousness of the Lord is declared to us through His word.  The things that the Lord has done, his works are great. May the grace of the Lord be with us all.  May the Lord offer comfort to His people in times of distress.  The Lord will bless us for our good works and have compassion on us for our sin.  And I do testify these things to be said through the Word of God and not through the word of man.  I do not claim any special righteousness but I do claim the Lord to be righteous.  But I do ask that you will bless the Lord the God of Israel for His good deeds.  Mighty is the Lord. He is gracious and compassionate.  He has grace and compassion on His people when they do evil and rejoices when they do good.  His mercy is everlasting and His truth endures forever. Amen

Love for God

Jesus said for us to love God so why then do we sin?  We have all walked on the wrong path yet God can lead us the right way.  We all have choices to make but through Jesus we can enjoy freedom from the punishment of God and live in Heaven.  For God is the truth and the life. God will set you free from the devil. If we walk with God, and abide in the light which is in God we can overcome our sins and struggles often. Amen

Time of Grace

We know that we are in the time of Grace and we should not continue in unrepentant sin that grace may abound.  For we must ask God for forgiveness when we sin.  For this is why Jesus died that all through Him might be saved.  Oh how great it is that God was willing to give His one and only son that everyone through Him might be saved.  Glory and praise be to God almighty and to Him that sits on the throne.  I hope also as Paul did that Israel might be saved.  For Paul’s hope and life’s prayer for Israel was that it might be saved. Amen
